Be part of something exciting from the ground up. Based on site at our luxury build-to-rent community in Melbourne, the Leasing Professional will play a key role in bringing this exceptional residential offering to life.

Working alongside a tight-knit and passionate team, you’ll drive leasing and marketing efforts to attract residents and create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth leasing process - from initial enquiry and application to move-in and renewal, while upholding Greystar’s commitment to professionalism and outstanding service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Champion the Brand – Represent the company with professionalism, delivering exceptional service and upholding brand values across all interactions.

  • Drive Leasing Performance – Manage enquiries, conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins/outs to achieve leasing targets.

  • Support Leasing Operations – Prepare and maintain accurate lease files, manage resident information in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, OneSite), and assist with move-in/move-out coordination and renewals.

  • Deliver Marketing & Outreach – Support marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, maintain online presence (SEO, listings, social media), and ensure brand consistency.

  • Maximise Resident Experience – Respond to resident enquiries, resolve concerns, support community engagement, and promote satisfaction and retention.

  • Support Daily Operations – Use property management systems to track leads and data, assist with inspections, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance, and support events and reporting.

About you:

You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. Whether you come from real estate, hospitality, sales, or another client-facing background, you bring energy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do. You thrive in a team environment, are results-driven, and comfortable managing both day-to-day tasks and sales targets.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in sales, leasing, marketing, or a customer-focused role, ideally within property or hospitality

  • Ideally hold, or interest in obtaining, an Agent Representative Certificate, and/or a Full Estate Agent License.

  • A valid driver’s licence and the ability to obtain required background checks (National Criminal History and Working with Children)
