Role Responsibilities:
- Role Model & Core Values: Demonstrate the company's core values at all times, serving as a role model for colleagues and residents.
- Marketing & Brand Ambassador: Implement marketing campaigns using various advertising channels, act as a brand ambassador, and maintain brand awareness.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to daily inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and other platforms, and create engaging messages using CRM and EDM tools.
- Leasing Process Management: Oversee the leasing process, including generating traffic, qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.
- Property Management Software: Utilize Yardi software to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and generate reports.
- Marketing Channel Maintenance: Maintain SEO, social media, ILS, and other digital marketing platforms, ensuring up-to-date information and meeting KPIs for reputation scores.
- Apartment Readiness: Inspect apartments before move-in, ensure they are in move-in ready condition, and coordinate with the maintenance team for any necessary repairs.
- Lease Renewals: Execute the lease renewal program by preparing renewal offers, meeting with residents, and ensuring timely document implementation.
- Resident Satisfaction: Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to questions and complaints, assisting with maintenance requests, and actively engaging with residents to improve service delivery.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations, complete various administrative tasks, and participate in off-site events and a rotating weekend roster.
About You
Good level of general education and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in using property management software. Training will, however, be provided. A knowledge and understanding of Australia Health and Safety policies preferably with some form of recognised training. Able to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
We seek a candidate with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting to diverse audiences and managing team interactions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving sales performance and managing operations in the property sector. They should be a strong team player who can work autonomously, adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments, and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Cultural awareness and the ability to tailor communication and negotiation skills are essential. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm for delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences and continuously improving their knowledge. Customer-oriented skills for building and managing relationships, achieving sales targets, and meeting key performance indicators are crucial.
