Greystar is a global leader in rental housing, property management, investment, and development and we’re rapidly expanding across Australia. In New South Wales, our established PBSA communities are growing, and our brand-new Build-to-Rent community in Zetland is nearing completion, with onsite teams set to commence in early 2027.
