JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day functionality of our property and maintenance teams through scheduling, resident follow up, and customer service.
This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and enhancing the resident experience through administrative coordination and light curb appeal, property support.

What your day might look like
- Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
- Coordinating maintenance service requests and following up with residents after move-ins and service calls
- Conducting move-in inspections
- Assisting residents with building mobile app setup and usage
- Performing unit touch-ups and light grounds work to maintain curb appeal (e.g., cleaning windows, picking up trash)
- Providing basic appliance support to residents (e.g., adjusting refrigerator temperature settings)
- Ensuring all property systems (HVAC, lighting, internet, alarms, office equipment) are operational by coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Managing office calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts
- Greeting and assisting visitors, guests, and team members in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and coordinating repairs or replacements
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting
What we are looking for
- Experience in property management, facilities coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic understanding of appliances and building systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in property management systems such asYardi, RealPage, OneSite, or similar platforms preferred
- High level of professionalism in both manner and appearance
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident satisfaction

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00.
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
