JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Looking for an awesome and multifaceted internship? We are looking for a Property Operations Intern to join our on-site team in the Netherlands! A challenging internship for those who are passionate about providing excellent service to residents and who like to organise unique events across our portfolio of residential properties.

You will play an important role in the community’s marketing, leasing and operational strategies to achieve the company’s occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role Responsibilities

We can assure you, you certainly don’t sit behind your desk the whole day! Your day usually starts at 08:30 AM. You start with a property check and in the meantime you have a chat with some residents. Then a new resident comes to the service desk for a key handover; you ensure that they receive a warm welcome. You give a tour of all the facilities and finally you do an inspection of their studio or apartment.  

During the rest of the day, you answer incoming calls and help residents with their questions at the service desk - now you have helped make a lot of residents happy again (and with a smile)! You don’t get carried away when things get busy, it rather gives you energy! You end the day with a brainstorm session for next month’s events. A wine tasting, a yoga class or even a pub quiz? The sky is the limit! You have the freedom to think and organise fun events for our residents.  

About You

  • You and your colleagues are responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.
  • You are eager and curious to learn all aspects of the property, have strong communication skills, as well as an eye for detail.
  •  Furthermore, you ensure that all of our residents live in a safe environment; you work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the service stays at a high level.
