JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Greystar is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support telecommunications consulting projects across our multifamily real estate portfolio. This role will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and supporting stakeholder communication to help ensure successful project execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the lifecycle of telecommunications consulting projects, assisting with coordination and execution of key deliverables.
  • Help develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time completion.
  • Create and maintain visual representations of project workflows and processes to enhance clarity and alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, legal counsel, and property management teams, to gather information and support project needs.
  • Track and monitor project progress, documenting status, risks, and issues, and escalating as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to contract terms, expiration dates, and compliance checkpoints.
  • Support the creation of client-facing presentations and reports.
  • Contribute to the refinement of project management tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency.

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
  • Contribute to alignment with corporate objectives and strategic goals within the telecommunications space.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, communication, and customer service.

Physical Demands:

  • This role may occasionally require travel to properties or client sites.
  • Standard office work will involve sitting, using a computer, and engaging in virtual meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field, ideally in telecommunications or real estate consulting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, workflow visualization tools, and communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.

The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $76,000.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
