JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for leading the strategic execution and continuous improvement of client and community onboarding processes within the compliance and Source-to-Settle platforms. This position ensures seamless integration of new clients into procurement systems while maintaining adherence to regulatory, contractual, and operational standards. The leader in this role will focus on client enablement, data integrity, and process automation to deliver a scalable and compliant onboarding experience that supports business growth and operational excellence. Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison between Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure cross-functional alignment in compliance and implementation efforts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients into the compliance platform, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems, including client enablement, catalog setup, and transactional workflows.
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for client onboarding, including documentation standards, risk assessments, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client engagements meet compliance and operational requirements.
  • Drive automation and system enhancements to improve client experience and reduce manual touchpoints.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to onboarding timelines, compliance adherence, and P2P efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in supplier governance, client onboarding, and P2P best practices.
  • Stay current on applicable regulations and supplier requirements, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with owner requirements across all accounting systems used by managed properties.
  • Coordinate integrations between the Greystar supplier compliance platform and client ERP systems.
  • Partner with the training department to ensure onboarding-related training materials are communicated and enforced with community team members.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to questions, support inquiries, and complaints related to the onboarding process.
  • Oversee the development and continuous improvement of all forms, documents, training materials, and processes related to onboarding, ensuring timely communication of changes to stakeholders.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • 7 years minimum experience in supplier compliance, procurement operations, P2P systems implementation or software support.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Employment history that demonstrates the understanding of commercial insurance principals as they relate to supplier compliance.
  • Experience in the real estate and multi-family housing industry, including a solid working knowledge of property operations and property management, preferably in a third-party management environment, and with a variety of product types.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and documents.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Team members work in an office or remote work environment. No special physical demands are required.
  • Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
