Our Resident Services Coordinators are the friendly faces who bring our communities to life and make everyone feel at home. Based at our Sydney student accommodation, you’ll help create a vibrant and connected living experience by planning and delivering events, services, and initiatives that enrich student life.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Some of your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Be the welcoming face of the community, greeting residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle enquiries and service requests efficiently; in person, over the phone, and online.
- Support daily operations, including deliveries, maintenance coordination, and keeping shared spaces looking their best.
- Help plan and deliver resident events and engagement activities that foster community connection.
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve resident concerns promptly and maintain an exceptional living experience.

Requirements:
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality or retail experience highly regarded).
